Instructions
Peel, devein, dry and season shrimp with Chinese Five Spice.
Whisk together broth, soy, vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, honey, red pepper, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.
Cook onions and broccoli in 1 tbsp oil for 1-2 mins, add red pepper and snow peas, cook until crisp-tender.
Cook shrimp in 1 tbsp oil until done, then add sauce and vegetables, cook until thickened and warmed.
Sprinkle with scallions and serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh vegetables for best flavor and texture.
