  • 2 large eggs (Provide fluffy richness and protein)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (Carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 2 stalks green onions (Sliced)
  • 1 clove garlic (Minced)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (For depth and umami)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (Add a nutty aroma)

  • 1 inch ginger (Grated, for a zesty kick)
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (For added heat)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken or shrimp (For extra protein)

Instructions 

  • Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  • Push garlic and ginger to the side, scramble eggs in the pan until fluffy.
  • Add mixed vegetables, cooked chicken or shrimp, soy sauce, chili flakes, salt, and pepper; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in cooked rice and sliced green onions; cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
