Ingredients

Meat and Vegetables

  • 0.75 pound stew meat, cut into small cubes
  • 0.5 red bell pepper red bell pepper
  • 0.5 yellow bell pepper yellow bell pepper
  • 0.5 green bell pepper green bell pepper
  • 0.5 yellow onion yellow onion
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cups cooked white or brown rice
  • to taste Ground black pepper Ground black pepper
  • to taste Salt Salt

Instructions 

  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add meat and onion; cook until browned.
  • Chop bell peppers and add to the pan with salt and pepper. Cook until peppers are tender.
  • Stir in cooked rice, mix well, and serve warm.
