This creamy and crunchy no-bake pie combines the rich flavor of Lotus Biscoff cookies with a smooth cream cheese filling, perfect for a quick dessert.

Instructions
Crush the Biscoff biscuits and mix with melted butter to form the crust. Press into a pie dish and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the cold cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese, then stir in crushed Biscoff cookies.
Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For a firmer pie, let it chill overnight.
