Ingredients

Pasta

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni (cooked and cooled)

Vegetables

  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 cup diced celery

Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard

Instructions
