Instructions
Massage the sliced kale with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 1 minute.
Toss in pistachios, raisins, parmesan, and lemon zest.
Shake or whisk together dressing ingredients until emulsified.
Pour dressing over salad and toss well.
Serve cold or at room temperature and ENJOY!
