A vibrant and flavorful pasta salad perfect for picnics and gatherings, combining fresh ingredients with a tangy Italian dressing.

tri-color rotini

cherry tomatoes, halved
(about 2 cups, adjust to taste)

summer sausage, julienned

fresh mozzarella pearls

Italian green olives (Castelvetrano)

Instructions
Cook the rotini in salted boiling water until al dente (7-9 minutes). Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with cherry tomatoes, sausage, mozzarella, olives, red onion, and peperoncini.
Stir in the Italian dressing and toss to combine. Chill in the fridge if preparing in advance.
Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley or basil and serve cold.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the salad sit in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
