Ingredients

Produce

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 apple Fuji apple
  • 1 apple Granny Smith apple
  • 1/4 onion sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberry
  • 1 cup walnuts (roughly chopped)

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions 

  • Core and slice apples.
  • Slice onion into small pieces.
