Ingredients

Meat

  • 3-4 pounds beef short ribs (well-marbled)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  • Mix beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar; pour over ribs.
  • Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until tender.
  • Remove ribs, reduce sauce if desired, and serve with your favorite sides.
