Ingredients

beef chuck or sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions
Optional: Sear beef cubes in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes, then stir in onion powder, paprika, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
Place beef in slow cooker, pour garlic butter mixture over, and stir to coat.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot with veggies, rice, or mashed cauliflower.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of soy sauce or serve with your favorite sides.
