Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 2 medium Cucumbers (Sliced)
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)
  • 200 grams Mozzarella Cheese (Cubed)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and cubed mozzarella.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
