Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and melted butter.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then fill muffin cups.
Prepare streusel topping with butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon; sprinkle over muffins.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar in the streusel.
