Delicious and hearty chili cheese fries perfect for a quick snack or casual meal.
Ingredients
Meat and Beans

Ground beef

White onion (diced)

Cans Diced tomatoes with green chiles

Cans Beans (black beans, kidney beans, drained)

Chili powder
Fries

Frozen french fries
1 ½

Shredded cheddar cheese
Toppings
Green onions
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Instructions
Cook ground beef and diced onion in a skillet until browned.
Add diced tomatoes with green chiles, beans, and chili powder. Simmer for 10 minutes.
While the chili simmers, bake or cook the frozen french fries according to package instructions.
Top the cooked fries with chili, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, and additional shredded cheese. Serve with sour cream.
Notes
For extra flavor, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
