(rotisserie chicken is perfect!)

Instructions
Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Add chicken, celery, red onion, and optional herbs to the bowl.
Gently fold and toss until everything is coated.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Chill for 30 minutes or serve immediately.
