Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook ground beef until browned, then add diced onions, bell peppers, jalapeño, garlic, salt, and pepper; cook until veggies soften.
Stir in spices, diced tomatoes, salsa, corn, and black beans; cook briefly.
Layer tortilla chips in a baking dish, add meat mixture, then repeat with tortillas and remaining meat. Top with cheeses, sour cream, green onions, and crushed chips.
Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Rest for 15 minutes before serving.
