Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes.
Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet; layer beef, beans, and cheese.
Add optional toppings; bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with cilantro and serve with condiments.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add more jalapeños or hot sauce.
