A comforting and flavorful beef stroganoff that comes together quickly with tender beef, mushrooms, and creamy sauce served over egg noodles.
Ingredients

egg noodles

unsalted butter

thinly sliced beef steak (petite shoulder)

onion, chopped

cremini mushrooms

garlic, minced

Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
Brown beef in butter, remove and set aside. Cook onions and mushrooms in the same pan until soft and browned.
Add garlic and flour; cook 2 minutes. Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire, and mustard; simmer until thickened.
Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, season with salt and pepper. Add noodles and beef, warm through.
Notes
Use fresh parsley for garnish for added flavor and color.
