A quick and flavorful dish combining tender beef, vegetables, and rice, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Rice and Meat

cooked white rice (preferably day-old)

beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced into strips

vegetable oil, divided

eggs, lightly beaten

onion, diced
1
cup
mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, diced bell peppers)

cloves
garlic, minced

green onions
sliced (reserve some for garnish)

soy sauce (adjust to taste)

oyster sauce (optional, but recommended)

sesame oil
to taste
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet. Cook beef until browned, then set aside.
Add remaining oil, scramble eggs until just cooked, then set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant, then add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
Add rice, stir-fry until heated through, then return beef and eggs to the pan.
Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the mixture, stir well, then garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best texture and flavor.
