Instructions
Grill chicken breasts, cool, then dice.
Mix dressing ingredients: yogurt, mayonnaise, olive oil, anchovies, lemon juice, Worcestershire, mustard, garlic, and water.
Combine diced chicken, lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese in a bowl.
Add dressing to the mixture and toss gently.
Divide mixture among tortillas, roll up, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, chill the wraps before serving.
