A refreshing and quick salad that combines the crispness of cucumbers with a flavorful Asian dressing.

Instructions
Rinse and slice cucumbers at an angle.
Sprinkle with salt and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Drain and rinse cucumbers, then return to bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Serve and enjoy!
