This refreshing Caprese salad features ripe cherry tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil, drizzled with a balsamic dressing.

Instructions
Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and stir.
Rinse and drain mozzarella balls, then add to the bowl.
Rinse, dry, and halve cherry tomatoes, then add to the bowl.
Roll and slice basil leaves into ribbons, then add to the bowl and stir.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using heirloom tomatoes.
