Ingredients

Cooked Rice

  • 3 cups cooked rice (Use day-old rice for best texture)

Vegetables

  • 1 cup bell peppers (Mixed colors)
  • 1 cup carrots (Thinly sliced or julienned)
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (Small pieces)

Additional ingredients

  • 2 stalks green onions (Add at the end)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 2 cloves garlic (Minced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger (Grated)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil (For drizzling)

Toppings and Spices

Instructions

  • Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Top with green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.

Notes
