A hearty and easy baked pasta dish featuring meatballs, cheese, and flavorful marinara sauce, perfect for a comforting family dinner.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Add rotini, marinara, water, bell pepper, meatballs, salt, and 1 cup mozzarella to a baking dish, then stir to combine.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove foil, stir pasta, sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, then bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with herbs if desired, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh herbs before serving.
