Instructions
Wash and slice the strawberries, dice the pineapple, cut the kiwi, and halve the grapes.
Combine orange zest, lime zest, honey, vanilla extract, and poppy seeds in a bowl and whisk.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped fruits except for the banana and toss gently.
Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruits and gently toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Just before serving, slice and add the banana, garnishing with fresh mint.
Notes
For a refreshing twist, try adding a splash of coconut water.
