Instructions
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and chopped parsley.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, mustard, celery seeds, salt, pepper, and sugar or honey.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until evenly coated.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
