Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked Chicken Breast (shredded or chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (can be low-fat or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Grapes (halved, can be red or green)
  • 1 cup Celery (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts (can substitute with pecans)
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme (fresh or dried)
  • to taste Black Pepper Black Pepper
  • to taste Sea Salt Sea Salt

Instructions 

  • Combine shredded chicken, grapes, celery, and walnuts in a large bowl.
  • Mix mayonnaise and Greek yogurt, then add thyme, black pepper, and sea salt.
  • Stir the dressing into the chicken mixture until well coated.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
