Instructions
Insert skewers into apples and set on parchment-lined tray.
Combine sugar, butter, water, and lemon juice; cook over medium heat until amber and 150°C, about 10 minutes.
Remove caramel from heat and dip apples, swirling to coat evenly. Let set for 15 minutes.
Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over set toffee apples. Sprinkle edible glitter while tacky.
Allow chocolate and glitter to set before serving.
