Instructions
Whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Slice cucumber thinly and let sit with a pinch of salt for 10 minutes, then pat dry.
Fold cucumber slices and chopped dill into the yogurt mixture until well coated.
Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with olive oil if desired.
Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
