Ingredients

Cucumbers

  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper

Cucumbers

  • 2 large English cucumbers (sliced thin)

Instructions 

  • Thinly slice the cucumbers and place in a bowl.
  • Mix sour cream, dill, vinegar, garlic, salt, sugar, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Pour dressing over cucumbers and toss to coat.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the fridge before serving.
