A refreshing and creamy cucumber dill salad perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
Dressing

greek yogurt or plain full-fat

extra virgin olive oil

lemon juice

garlic, grated

teaspoon
fine salt

black pepper

cucumbers, sliced
((i used 2 long english cucumbers))

red onion
finely sliced

fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
Mix yogurt dressing in a bowl until smooth.
Slice onion and cucumbers into thin slices.
Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl, add dressing, and toss.
Serve at room temperature or refrigerate until serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the salad sit for 30 minutes before serving.
