Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 2 pieces Persian cucumber (julienned)
  • 2 medium carrots (julienned)

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic (pressed)
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp mixed sesame seeds (black and white)

Instructions 

  • Julienne the cucumbers and carrots into thin strips.
  • Whisk together sesame oil, lime juice, garlic, soy sauce, honey, chili flakes, sesame seeds, and rice vinegar to make the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat.
  • Serve immediately for best crunch and flavor.

Adjust chili flakes to taste for spiciness.
