Instructions
Add sweet potatoes, eggs, butter, milk, sugars, vanilla, and spices to a bowl. Mash until smooth.
Grease slow cooker, then add sweet potato mixture and spread evenly.
Mix brown sugar, flour, salt, pecans, and cinnamon; stir in melted butter to form topping.
Sprinkle topping over casserole and cook on high for 3-3.5 hours until golden brown.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before serving.
