Instructions
Season short ribs with salt and pepper.
Sear ribs in hot skillet with olive oil until browned, 1-2 minutes per side.
Place onions in crock pot, add ribs on top.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender. Thicken gravy with cornstarch mixture before serving.
