Instructions
Press the tofu for 15-20 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
Mix cornstarch and garlic powder; coat tofu pieces evenly.
Heat oil to 180°C (350°F). Fry tofu in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and squeeze lemon juice over hot tofu.
