Ingredients

Extra-Firm Tofu (pressed and cut into 1-inch cubes)

Cornstarch (mixed with 2 tsp water)
Instructions
Press tofu for 30 minutes, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
Toss tofu with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until coated.
Whisk soy sauce, honey, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil; simmer and add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
Fry tofu in oil until golden and crispy, or air fry at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
Gently toss crispy tofu in sauce, garnish, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, double coat the tofu with cornstarch.
