A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring crispy beef and spicy chili sauce served over rice.
Ingredients

bell pepper, chopped

dark soy sauce

Instructions
Chop the onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
Sauté onion and bell pepper for 2 mins, add garlic and cook 2 mins.
Add beef and cook until browned and liquid evaporates.
Mix soy sauce, sriracha, tomato puree, honey, and water; pour into pan and thicken.
Stir in cooked rice, heat through, then serve topped with spring onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Use high heat for a crispy texture and adjust spice level with sriracha.
