A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring crispy beef and spicy chili sauce served over rice.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 300 g 5% fat beef mince
  • 1 unit onion, chopped
  • 1 unit bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 20 ml dark soy sauce
  • 15 ml sriracha
  • 10 g tomato puree
  • 20 g honey
  • 250 g cooked rice
  • Optional toppings sliced spring onion, sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Chop the onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
  • Sauté onion and bell pepper for 2 mins, add garlic and cook 2 mins.
  • Add beef and cook until browned and liquid evaporates.
  • Mix soy sauce, sriracha, tomato puree, honey, and water; pour into pan and thicken.
  • Stir in cooked rice, heat through, then serve topped with spring onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Use high heat for a crispy texture and adjust spice level with sriracha.
