Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Vegetables

  • 0.5 cup diced bell peppers
  • 0.5 cup diced red onion

Other ingredients

  • 0.5 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.25 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions 

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Toss chicken with taco seasoning and olive oil.
  • Air fry chicken for 8-10 minutes until cooked. Warm tortillas in air fryer for 30 seconds.
  • Assemble wraps with chicken, peppers, onion, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. Roll tightly.
  • Place wraps seam-side down in air fryer and cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, spray wraps lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
