Ingredients

Canned Goods

  • 15 ounce chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 teaspoon dried spices of your choice
  • 1 spray extra virgin olive oil spray

Instructions 

  • Drain and dry chickpeas thoroughly.
  • Transfer chickpeas to air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.
  • Transfer hot chickpeas to a bowl, spray with olive oil, and toss with spices.
  • Serve at room temperature as a snack or salad topping.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
