A hearty and creamy white chicken chili perfect for cozy meals, packed with flavorful spices and toppings.

fresh cilantro, shredded cheese, avocado slices, tortilla chips, green onions
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot, sauté onion until softened, then add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Add broth, green chilies, spices, lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.
Drain and rinse beans; puree a ladleful with broth, then add to the pot along with whole beans and corn. Simmer for 15-30 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and shredded chicken. Serve with toppings.
Notes
For extra creaminess, puree some beans. Adjust seasonings to taste.
