Instructions
Heat oil in a large pot over high heat.
Sauté garlic and onion for 1.5 minutes, then add beef and cook until browned.
Stir in herbs, tomato paste, then add crushed tomatoes, broth, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer.
Add pasta and cook uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cream and cook for 1–2 minutes until sauce is silky. Serve with Parmesan and parsley if desired.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the sauce simmer longer before adding the cream.
