Instructions
Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sear chicken in olive oil until golden, then set aside.
Cook rice in boiling chicken broth with salt until tender, then fluff.
Melt butter, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk and broth to make sauce. Stir in cheeses and seasonings.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve chicken and sauce over rice, garnished with parsley.
Notes
Use fresh parsley for best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
