Instructions
Cook fettuccine according to package; drain and set aside.
Sauté shrimp in olive oil until pink; remove and set aside.
Melt butter, sauté garlic, then add heavy cream and simmer.
Gradually add Parmesan, stirring until smooth; return shrimp and pasta, toss to coat.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
