Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies

Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and serve hot.
Notes
