Instructions
Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic and onion powders until browned; season with salt and pepper.
Mix cooked beef with ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Stuff each shell with the beef and cheese mixture, then place in a baking dish topped with marinara sauce and remaining mozzarella.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan on top before baking.
