Dressing

mayonnaise

sour cream or greek yogurt

apple cider vinegar or white vinegar

Instructions
Boil water, add salt, and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, and sugar. Season to taste.
Combine cooled pasta with tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and cheese in a large bowl.
Drizzle dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
Stir in parsley or dill, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Stir before serving and enjoy chilled!
