Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper, coat with cornstarch.
Fry chicken skin side down until golden, then set aside.
Melt butter, sauté garlic, onion, and mushrooms until soft.
Add cream, chicken stock, and parmesan; simmer until thickened. Season with herbs and lemon juice.
Return chicken to sauce, baste, then serve garnished with chives.
