A refreshing and creamy fruit salad with a delightful mix of tropical flavors.

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1 can la lechera sweetened condensed milk
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Fruits

  • 1/2 medium cantaloupe, diced
  • 3 bananas sliced
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 pineapple diced
  • sweetened, flaked coconut for topping

Instructions 

  • Mix sour cream, honey, cinnamon, and La Lechera in a bowl.
  • Chop and slice the fruit.
  • For individual servings, fill cups with fruit and pour sauce over.
  • Sprinkle with coconut and serve.
  • For a crowd, mix fruit in a bowl, pour sauce, stir, and top with coconut.

Notes

Feel free to add granola or raisins for extra texture!
