A delicious and protein-packed pasta dish with a creamy beef sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

lean ground beef

olive oil

onion, finely chopped

garlic, minced

tablespoons
tomato paste

beef broth

plain Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese)

shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
to taste
Salt and black pepper

chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook beef in olive oil until browned, then add chopped onion and garlic; sauté 2-3 minutes.
Stir in tomato paste, cook 1-2 minutes, then add beef broth; simmer 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Lower heat, stir in Greek yogurt and shredded cheese until creamy. Mix in cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.
