1cupheavy cream
¾cupfreshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest on a plate.
Melt butter, add garlic, and cook 30–60 seconds. Pour in cream, scrape browned bits, and simmer until slightly thickened. Gradually stir in Parmesan, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer 2–3 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired.
