A rich and flavorful chicken dish with a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 large chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs total), pounded to even thickness
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • Salt and black pepper Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper (for seasoning)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest on a plate.
  • Melt butter, add garlic, and cook 30–60 seconds. Pour in cream, scrape browned bits, and simmer until slightly thickened. Gradually stir in Parmesan, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer 2–3 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Serve with pasta or vegetables for a complete meal.
