A quick and flavorful pasta dish featuring a creamy lemon garlic sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

linguine or spaghetti

sea salt

garlic, thinly sliced

lemons, zested and juiced

heavy cream

unsalted butter

freshly grated parmesan cheese

fresh parsley, roughly chopped

Instructions
Slice garlic, zest and juice lemons, and chop parsley.
Cook pasta in salted water until 2 minutes before al dente; reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.
Melt butter in skillet, add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook 2-3 minutes.
Stir in cream and lemon zest; simmer 3-4 minutes.
Add pasta, lemon juice, parmesan, and reserved water; toss to coat.
Remove from heat, fold in parsley and black pepper, then serve.
Notes
Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor and adjust black pepper to taste.
