A quick and flavorful pasta dish featuring a creamy lemon garlic sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 1 lb linguine or spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp sea salt
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 large lemons, zested and juiced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions 

  • Slice garlic, zest and juice lemons, and chop parsley.
  • Cook pasta in salted water until 2 minutes before al dente; reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.
  • Melt butter in skillet, add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in cream and lemon zest; simmer 3-4 minutes.
  • Add pasta, lemon juice, parmesan, and reserved water; toss to coat.
  • Remove from heat, fold in parsley and black pepper, then serve.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor and adjust black pepper to taste.
